I am using Okular's Text-to-speech to hear my PDFs.
I speak Danish and English and would like to be able to use voices for both languages.
I want my software to be English while still have the ability to use a Danish voices. 

My wish is to have a drop down option to choose the language of the tts voice. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  My software is in en_US
2. I want to use a danish voice
3. Look at the list from speechd.
4. No Danish voice.
5. Switch the whole applications language to Danish
6. Restart Okular
7. Now there is nothing but Danish voices
