Issue in Plasma 6.5.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have multiple audio devices (in my case it's a HDMI cable connected to a 4K TV and a bluetooth Haylou 2023).
2. Changes their settings a couple of times.

OBSERVED RESULT
One mic is tied to another mic, and one device is permanently with the mute symbol but isn't actually muted.

EXPECTED RESULT
Everything should work.

Managed to get more bugs when recording with my phone.
