SUMMARY
Kile is listed on Flathub as an official KDE app. I can see its page in Discover (Plasma app store) and I can click on download, but the download doesn't progress. I can download any other app from Flathub, so I don't think this is an issue with my computer/installation.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover app store.
2. Search for Kile. 
3. Click "Install from Flathub".

OBSERVED RESULT
Download doesn't progress past 0%.

EXPECTED RESULT
App is downloaded, installed and can be launched.
