Update details screen of Discover

SUMMARY
When clicking on the details button to see the changelog of pending updates, I noticed that the changelog description has a very big heading in it. This confused me, as I think the top-level heading should be the name of the package that is going to be upgraded.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have pending updates with a formatted changelog
2. Click on the button to see the details/changelog
3. You should land on the same page as in the screenshot

OBSERVED RESULT
See screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
The package name should be at the top of the "hierarchy" and not be smaller/less noticeable than changelog content.

I am not sure that can be changed realistically. The indented changelog may be rendered out of markdown which is inherently not subject to the same font sizing. The rendered <h1> may not be equal to what kirigami considers a header size.
