SUMMARY
Configured login screen wallpaper fails to show if no permissions on selected image.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In System Settings go to "Login Screen", and then "Configure Appearance..."
2. Select wallpaper type of image, and select "Add..."
3. Pick an image from somewhere in your home folder

OBSERVED RESULT
If logout, configured image is not displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
If logout, configured image should be displayed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If copy file to /usr/share/wallpapers/some_folder then image sticks as expected.

A minor thing, but it'd be nice if it worked better. Not sure what the usual approach is, but suspect it is probably to automatically copy it to a shared location or something? Another option could be to change the permissions on the file, but I'd suggest some might not want that.
