SUMMARY

When starting a fresh session or logging-in after logging-out PLM info (e.g., password box, restart button, shutdown button etc.) doesn't default to the monitor identified as primary until a keypress is registered.
In my case, I have a two monitor setup and the right is listed as primary, the details when first booting into my system when prompted to login will always be on my left monitor instead of my primary monitor where I expect it to be; this seems to resolve itself once a keypress is registered. I have not tested the issue on other Distros; only my own.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot up a fresh session on PC (in my case running CachyOS)
2. Observe the on-screen information being on the non-primary monitor.
3. type password
4. on-screen information goes to primary monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
on-screen information for PLM being on the non-primary monitor

EXPECTED RESULT
on-screen information for PLM being on the primary monitor

Does the mouse start on the left monitor or the right monitor?
