Issue in Plasma 6.5.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hold Left Click and go to the auto-hide Panel.
2. Let go of the left click.

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor is in a area it should never be at by design. See Bug 508549

EXPECTED RESULT
Either:
1- Make the beam effect work there.
2- Don't allow the cursor to ever move there if Left Click is being held, and also make the beam effect work if the cursor is close while Left Click is being held.

But there is no actual problem here. Nothing's broken, nothing's wrong, nothing isn't working, nothing looks weird or bad.

Please only report issues that actually cause a problem.

Lots of things that don't work exactly the way you might expect them to work aren't actually bugs. Bugs are things that cause *problems*.
