Issue in Plasma 6.5.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Look at the digital clock at the beginning of each minute.

OBSERVED RESULT
The 1st second pop in fast, and the 2nd second takes a little bit to appear.

EXPECTED RESULT
The 1st and 2nd seconds should behave normally.

Cannot reproduce on KDE Linux, which is running git master. There's a good chance this was already fixed in 6.6 which uses a new data source for the clock.

Please re-check Plasma 6.6 once it's released next month, and re-open this bug report if it still happens there. Thanks!
