STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Change the custom wallpaper plugin while in the PLM settings.

OBSERVED RESULT
You can't. You will have to go the the Wallpaper settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be possible do download new plugins from the PLM settings, since you can set to use one if you already downloaded one from the Wallpaper settings.

That's unfortunately not true.
There is a challenge when it comes to syncing both the plugin itself and then any files it references into plm's home folder.

I'm hoping after Plasma 6.9 we can make it so wallpapers are programs and then they can be installed via flathub to a system location and implicitly fix this. I don't imagine we'll do anything before that.
