SUMMARY
Can reproduce on both Arch running Plasma 6.6 beta and neon unstable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the task manager settings
2. set "Use multi-row view:" to "Always when panel is thick enough"
3. set panel height to 47 or more
4. close all tasks/windows
5. open 1 task/window

OBSERVED RESULT
task manager remains in single-row view

EXPECTED RESULT
task manager working in multi-row view

failing to reproduce

on master i can't seem able to reproduce, when i have a single icon i get it like this.
does this happen to you with icons only taskmanager, the other one or both?
