Perfect tooltip.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to never have a tooltip in the cursor's way.

OBSERVED RESULT
Not possible.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltips should never be touched by the cursor, just like Filelight.

This bug report is not actionable. If there are specifics tooltips that hide things please report them seperately.
