SUMMARY
Using touch to scroll up and down does not work in Neochat's main chat window


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to a room
2. Try to use touch to scroll up and down

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens


EXPECTED RESULT
Navigation should happen based on the user's scrolling direction

I distinctly remember this working properly before so this must be a recent breakage

This bug seems to have been resolved after an update

The bug wasn't fixed after all and it seems to be just a one-off condition where Neochat happened to work correctly. I have reopened the bug and attached a video as well
