SUMMARY
If you take a screenshot, and then "save as" with a name, like "Test", it will indeed save the file as Test. But if you grab the screenshot FROM THE SPECTACLE WINDOW, and drag it to discord, or google, it wont have the new file name name "Test", but the old "Screenshot_XXXXXXXXXX"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot
2. Save as, with name "Test"
3. Drag and drop the file FROM THE SPECTACLE WINDOW into a platform that accepts file inputs, like Google, Discord, LLMs etc
4. File name will have the old (default) name and not the new

OBSERVED RESULT
File has the default name

EXPECTED RESULT
File should have the new name

Can confirm the issue. I can understand why this happens technically (it's still the old file user is drag and dropping) but changing the name to new one would make sense.
