SUMMARY
After disconnecting, and reconnecting the primary monitor, the desktop icon text appears to be a lot blurrier. The text also looks pixelated when dragging it on the desktop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect two monitors.
2. Place a desktop icon on the primary monitor. 
3. Disconnect, and reconnect the primary monitor.
4. Drag the desktop icon on primary monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
The text appears to be very pixelated, and the text under all other icons appear to be a lot blurrier.

EXPECTED RESULT
The text should look crisp, just like how it looked before disconnecting and reconnecting the monitor.
