SUMMARY
When booting, the Plasma splash screen spins for a long time, and then I'm greeted with a full page error screen:

> file:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.desktopcontainment/contents/ui/main.qml:379:17: Type FolderView unavailable
>
> file:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.desktopcontainment/contents/ui/FolderView.qml:561:13: Folder.RubberBand is not a type

Nothing else on the desktop loads (panel, widgets, etc) but I can still use global shortcuts and krunner to open programs.

I believe this started occurring during the first week of January? (I've been running an older snapshot since then as I've had limited time to debug.)

OS: openSUSE Krypton (Tumbleweed + git master KDE)

I should note that even on the older working snapshots, the Folder View was completely blank with no icons and no relevant entries in the context menu when right-clicking on the desktop. I didn't notice until after this bug happened.

Layout: Desktop has everything working fine.
