SUMMARY

I almost always want a delay before recordings, but I don't need delay for screenshots because I can set up the shot beforehand and also have time to click a window or make a rectangle. I don't need a delay before starting the rectangle or getting the ability to click a window. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set a delay in the options dropdown
2. do a screenshot set to choose a window or make a rectangle

OBSERVED RESULT

delay postpones the ability to start the rectangle

EXPECTED RESULT

delay is really mainly for recording, it's weird to happen with a screenshot

If anyone wants a delay before screenshots, maybe it can be a separate setting. Even in that case, it's not necessarily the same delay as would be wanted for a recording
