Monitor sleep settings (Turn off)  are being ignored on Plasma 6.5.90.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set monitor to turn off after 1 minute
2. Wait 1 minute
3. Monitor never turns off

OBSERVED RESULT

Monitor sleep settings (Turn off)  are being ignored on Plasma 6.5.90.

EXPECTED RESULT

Monitor turns off after selected time.
