SUMMARY

Applications can have their notification settings adjusted in the KDE System Settings -> Notifications -> Application Settings. However, Francis does not appear in the list of applications, even though it can have its notifications disabled from the notification applet. Doing so then means they can't be re-enabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDE System Settings
2. Go to Notifications
3. Click on "Application Settings"
4. Type in "Francis"
