STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Search for "Meta+Ctrl+Scroll" or any existing shortkey on System Settings.

OBSERVED RESULT
No results.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should lead the user to the existing shortkey.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It would be even better if it still showed the Shortcuts menu when the combination doesn't exist, since the users' intent would've been the same.

If you search while on the Shortcuts page, it will show the action for that shortcut.

If we exposed shortcuts in a top-level search in System Settings like this, it would super duper clutter up the search results and make them much less relevant.
