Version is 26.03.70 (which is not in your pulldown selection list)

SUMMARY
Page Down/Up Scrolling does not work correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open a PDF file.
2. Set the Zoom to Fit Page
3. Set View Mode to Single Page
4. Hit page up a couple times. Make sure you're at the top of the document.
5. Hit Page Down.
You will not scroll ONE exact page.
If you Page Down a few times, you will see that the offset from the top of the page continues to go off further from where it should be.

You can choose the page up/down overlap on the settings, the default is 10%, i guess you want to set it to 0%.

Does that solve your problem?
