SUMMARY
Open choosing "Open with > Other apps.." when "[file].txt" is selected in Dolphin, the window displays "Choose an app to open %5Bfile%5D.txt"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create "[file].txt"
2. Right-click, select Open with > Other apps...

OBSERVED RESULT
The top label displays "Choose an application to open %5Bfile%5D.txt"

EXPECTED RESULT
The top label should display "Choose an application to open [file].txt"
