STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. insert a cd/dvd/bd
2. open the inserted disc with Dolphin
3. press shift+f4 - the terminal opens in the mount point of the disc
4. while the terminal is open, eject the disc by pressing the physical button of the optical device

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is still showing the contents of the already ejected disc. And according to "mount" command, the ejected disc is still mounted.

EXPECTED RESULT
prevent the disc from being ejected, or eject the disc and then immediately unmount it.
