SUMMARY
New Tab Keyboard Shortcut Opens New Window

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings and navigate to Keyboard > Shortcuts > Konsole
2. Set a shortcut for Open a New Tab
3. Open Konsole and use the new shortcut.

OBSERVED RESULT
A new Konsole window opens.

EXPECTED RESULT
A new Konsole tab should open.

Confirmed on Arch linux rolling. KDE 6.5.4.
