Screenshot of the icon only task manager in original size with added arrows to point to the bad looking spots

SUMMARY
I have a (admittedly weird scaling factor of) 130% on a Wayland monitor. The icon highlighting of active windows in the icon only task manager looks bad.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Have my hardware (?)
1. Set scaling factor to 130%
2. Look at panel (icon only task manager)

OBSERVED RESULT
The highlighting of opened windows and non-minimized windows in the icon only task manager is bad:
 - The bars at the top have a weird darker line in them.
 - The general background fades out to the sides
 - The background also has weird stripes at the top under the activeWindowLines
(see screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
 - The lines at the top should be of a continuous color and shouldn't have the darker lines in them.
 - The sides shouldn't fade out gradually, but cut of sharply.
 - The background should be of one color and shouldn't have weird stripes
