SUMMARY
The Bookmarks menu entry is completely missing from the global application menu. Even if you navigate to "More -> Go" there is no mention of it. Only after enabling the Menubar, "Bookmarks" will actually show up under "Go". A normal user might never notice this feature even exists by just using the application.
This seems like an odd choice for what can be a very useful feature and is probably an oversight from when the global menu got adapted.
I also tested this on a Manjaro Live Image in a VM to make sure it's not a bug on my end.

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect the global menu to include the Bookmarks feature as a top level entry.
I might even suggest the default Toolbar should include the "Bookmarks" entry by default for new installations, like how users expect it from web browsers.
