SUMMARY
As the tile says, when I fullscreen gwenview and I hover my cursor to the top to open the top bar, the opening animation is laggy and locked at 30hz, while my screen is 144hz


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fullscreen Gwenview
2. Open top bar

OBSERVED RESULT
The animation is laggy and probably locked at 30hz


EXPECTED RESULT
The animation is smooth and follows my screen refresh rate (144hz)
