SUMMARY
Using Okular on different machines, it would be desirable for annotation settings to be portable. So if I annotate a PDF on my laptop and the continue on my desktop, I can have consistent annotation tools that produce a consistent style (i.e. highlight colors).

As a partial replacement for this feature, officially documenting in the Handbook which file(s) need to be synced to achieve the same result would an improvement on the current status.
