Thumbnails currently display the camera creation date as DD/MM/YY: HH:MM for example 6/14/25 16:57

I would like to be able to display the camera creation date under each thumbnail WITH SECONDS INCLUDED to better separate individual bursts of photos.   DD/MM/YY HH:MM:SS  ie: 6/14/25 16:57:22
(US date config.)

Yes, this would be very helpful. I was intending to submit a request for exactly the same thing.
Sometimes you need to get to that level to be able to differentiate images when sorting/organising.

ALSO, for the date, could there also be an option to display the day (in 3 char. form) e.g. Fri.19/12/25.
Knowing the day helps with recollection of events when sorting/organising images
