SUMMARY
"Drawing Tablet" hides itself when no device found, but "Touchscreen", "Game Controller" and "Thunderbolt" don't. Should be consistent.

Yes, someone needs to implement the "hide when not relevant" feature for those KCMs. Needs to be done individually, I'm afraid.
