I face the problem of the background change swiftly right after I pick the color for the foreground color

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the foreground color
2. See if the background color

OBSERVED RESULT
The Background color changes abruptly

EXPECTED RESULT
The background color doesn't change abruptly

I'm sorry, but the description is not clear enough to figure out what is going on. It might be faster to ask for help from other users on krita-artists.org; this is a place to report issues in Krita's code.
