Doesn't even need to involve a group, selecting multiple vector layers and hitting merge will give you a paint layer as well. Yes, though it's debatable whether this is a bug, or just the way Krita works at the moment and so should be classified as a feature request. @Don: Regarding the linked tutorial video: I've just tried the 4.4.3 appimage and it does not give a vector layer when a group of vector layers is Merged, it gives a paint layer. I have no explanation for the video contents. This would seem to be a feature request, not a bug report (unless you can find a previous version that does give a vector layer). |
