Bug 513384

SUMMARY
Attempting to wake the computer in the span of a couple seconds before or after the computer goes to sleep will cause the computer to fail to wake up properly. This does not appear to happen to all computers, but for computers that are affected, it appears to be consistent and easy to replicate. Possible duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=487660, but I'm not sure if they're the same thing or if it's something different

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Power Management. Set dim automatically to 30 seconds (makes it easier to time) and set when inactive to sleep after 1 minute
2. Get a timer. When the screen dims, start the timer for 30 seconds
3. Right when the timer runs out, move the mouse or press a key on the keyboard to wake the computer

OBSERVED RESULT
LED's on the mouse, keyboard, etc. light up as though computer has been woken up, but screen remains black. A hard shut down is the only way to restore functionality

EXPECTED RESULT
The computer wakes up.
