Does the same thing happen in a new clean user account on the same computer? Journal output at the time of login would probably be useful, as well as more detailed system information (run `kinfo` in the terminal or copy details from About this System). Journal logs could be retrieved like so: journalctl --since "14:00:00" --until "16:00:00" > journallogs.txt with times replaced with the time before login, and the time after Plasma has loaded. |
