SUMMARY
As the titles says, Zed becomes frozen when I make it fullscreen, but this doesn't happen in COSMIC, I have a nvidia gpu on Wayland with driver 580.105.08 on Fedora KDE 43


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press "F11" to fullscreen Zed

OBSERVED RESULT
Zed freeze


EXPECTED RESULT
Zed doesn't freeze

If Zed freezes, this is a zed bug

but it doesn't freeze in COSMIC

Different compositors handle direct scanout differently. If something works on one compositor but not the other, it doesn't necessarily mean that that compositor is buggy.

That being said, if this happens only with zed, it seems like a zed bug.
