SUMMARY
Without MDNS discovery phone can't see device which connected to its Wi-Fi hotspot.
(in other words : android which acts as Wifi hostpot cant see devices conneected to its network) 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start wifi hostpot on Android phone
2. Connect Desktop to it 
3. *Devices cant see each other*
4. Enable MDNS Discovery, update devices list - devices see easch other

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Android KDE connect - 1.34.3
kdeconnect.daemon 25.04.3


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

(In settings it says to report a bug if I something doesn't work without it)

There are a few bug reports already about this, but I don't remember if any of them mentioned a hotspot.
