SUMMARY

Since updating my KDE applications to 25.12.0, the ftp kio no longer works in dolphin.
The same user/password/host combination works in konqueror.

On the terminal I get the following error message:

kf.kio.core.connection: Socket not connected QLocalSocket::PeerClosedError
kf.kio.core: An error occurred during write. The worker terminates now

Dolphin then loads forever, stuck at transmitting login data according to the footer.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start dolphin 
2. Open a ftp location with the ftp:/ kio
3. Enter the credentials or have them in kwallet

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is stuck loading forever

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin loads the ftp directory
