SUMMARY
When trying to update using Discover, it appears that 353 packages will be upgraded, but the process fails with a message:

  qt6-webengine: Depends: liblcms2-2 (&gt;= 2.16) but 2.14-2build1 is to be installed
</html>

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Click on 'Refresh' button on top right. Application updates to say that '353 packages will be upgraded'.
3. Click on 'Update All' button on top right. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Packages are upgraded

EXPECTED RESULT
Upgrade process doesn't begin. Instead, a message is displayed:

I have his issue for a few days, probably related:
