Almost all execution command palettes sort by execution frequency.  I have several applications that have the same 5 letters in their name.  Every time I launch using KRunner I have to manually select the 5th hit in the list even though I only use that app 99% of the time.

Alfred
Windows Command Palette (and Windows Runner)
Fluent Search
Flow Launcher 

All have this option.   There is a previous request/BugID but I added this anyway as it was closed in 2008 and it said it was going to be included.

We used to have the feature, but it was removed. There are discussions regarding whether this was the right call, and it may come back.

If it does, Bug 512344 will be re-opened and fixed.
