OBSERVED RESULT
The panel and background of the application list in the launcher eventually turns completely white.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should stay the same color

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This issue seems to be new as it did not occur prior to updating to 6.5.3. This problem only seems to occur with those two themes. I didn't try the other breath/breeze themes but I do have other third-party themes which do not exhibit this behaviour.

Slight amendment:

It seems to also be related to the transparency effects. Make sure the panel transparency is not set to "opaque". I have mine set to transparent so it is always transparent, but the issue still occurs when it is set to "adaptive", but is only when the transparency effect is active in that case.
