The flicker in question

SUMMARY
When applications have big descriptions and the tooltip intersects with the application menu item bounds, hovering over it makes the tooltip flicker (see attached video).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Find an application with a big description whose tooltip intersects the hovered application menu item;
2. Move your mouse to the intersection.

OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip flickers.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip should either fully disappear, or go paartially or fully transparent.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hello once more, friends!

I hope this bug report finds you all well. This is a minor visual glitch that happens on the very intersection of the application description tooltip and its menu item inside Kickoff. I've decided to record a video instead of trying to describe what I mean in hopes of it being more helpful.

With all that said, I hope you guys have a lovely week and I'll be available if the need for clarification arises. :D
