SUMMARY
Okular (as well as other KDE-Apps) via apt uses the the Gnome Adwaita Top-Bar instead of the Yaru-theme one.
This is a bit of a visual hiccup and negatively impacts Okular's integration for Ubuntu

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download and install okular via apt
2. open okular 

OBSERVED RESULT
Gnome Adwaita-themed top-bar

EXPECTED RESULT
Yaru-theme top-bar
