Typing Meta-P allow user to change the multi-screen layout.

SUMMARY
By pressing Meta-P, the user can easily change the screen output, such as switching to internal-only or external-only. However, when the user chooses the multi-screen output, it overrides the screen tiling layout set by Display Configuration and enforces the side-by-side layout.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure the multi-screen tiling as a vertical layout in the display configuration. And then apply it.
2. Type Meta-P to change the external screen only.
3. Type Meta-P to select multiple screens for output.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Meta-P multi-screen output enforces side-by-side screen layout only.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Meta-P multi-screen output should retrieve the settings from the Display Configuration.
