SUMMARY
Inconsistent saving and loading of active selections causes "Multiple active selection warning" when opening a Krita document.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new document.
2. Create a new selection (replace mode).
3. In the Layers docker toggle the visibility of the created selection to off (notice that the selection is still active).
4. Create a new selection (replace mode).
5. In the Layers docker toggle the visibility of the created selection to off (notice that the selection is still active).

Now the document should have two invisible but active(!) selections.

6. Save the document in .kra format and close the document.

7. Opening the saved document should show the warning below:
‘Two global selection masks in active state found. “Selection Mask” is kept active, “Selection Mask” is deactivated’

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
If multiple active selections is a correct document state than saving and loading the document should not cause any warning.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: I have tested only on Win 10 but the issue will probably show up on other OS as well.
