Issue on Plasma 6.5.3

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-Click on the Panel.
2. Change your mind and click on an app.

OBSERVED RESULT
It's impossible to left-click on anything outside a context menu while it's open.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clicking on a app while a context menu is open should cause the context menu to close AND open the clicked app. That would better match users' expectations.
