SUMMARY:
Rectangular Region causing graphic from external monitor to be shown on laptop screen


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Rectangular Region
2. Then move mouse to laptop screen


OBSERVED RESULT:
When the app is ready to select the area it flashes the image from the external monitor on to the laptop screen on different laptops

EXPECTED RESULT
To be able to select a region on the laptop screen
