SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to create a text file on another hard drive. NTFS windows drive.
2. Error thrown.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to create file. Unable to write to drives.

EXPECTED RESULT
Able to write to drives, as I have been for months.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Nobara Linux 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.20.0
Qt Version: 6.10.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This has worked for months prior to updating yesterday.
