Look at the area within the black box, this appears very different compared to other options

SUMMARY
Accessibility has different sub-menu appearance compared to other components 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings
2. Click accessibility 


OBSERVED RESULT
The sub menu looks and behave differently compared to other sections.

EXPECTED RESULT
All of settings should have a consistent visual appearance.

We are constantly improving our UIs. Things this open ended are not actionable from a bug report.
