Summary:	A sense of problem is: after re-connection to the desktop the switch did not change language. On a first connection switching works normally, but after re-connection stop to work. To make it working needed to restart.

With XRDP - The Debian Desktop as a terminal server for the MS Win11 client.
After the re-connection to the desktop the switch did not change a language. On a first connection switching works normally, but after the re-connection stops to work. To make it working needed to restart session (logout, and login again).

Debian advises users to not submit bugs upstream (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting), and Plasma 6.3.6 is no longer eligible for support or maintenance from KDE. It's possible that the issue exists only in Debian at this point.

Could you report the bug to Debian using the report bug utility (https://packages.debian.org/stable/utils/reportbug)? If necessary, the maintainer of the package will forward the bug upstream.
