SUMMARY
When installing `kde-plasma-desktop` from the KDE Neon stable repository (`archive.neon.kde.org/stable noble main`) on Ubuntu 24.04, the following dependency error occurs:

```
plasma-desktop : Depends: kf6-kauth (>= 6.20.0+p24.04+vstable+git20251123.0518)
                 but 6.19.0+p24.04+vstable+git20251111.0515-0 is to be installed
```

The `plasma-desktop` package was updated on 2025-11-23 to require `kf6-kauth >= 6.20.0`, but `kf6-kauth` in the repository is still at version 6.19.0 (from 2025-11-11).

This blocks fresh installations using the KDE Neon stable PPA on Ubuntu 24.04.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Build the following minimal Dockerfile:
