SUMMARY
Wrong Map to screen resolution on every monitor on the Drawing Tablet menu. I can't use a HUGE portion of my screen. I have a Huion Kamvas 24 Plus 2560 x 1440 and its limited to 1422 x 800.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install latest Huion Driver for Kamvas 24 Plus 
2. Open Drawing Tablet menu in Settings
3. Verify resolution and test with pen on screen.

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
Huge chunk of the tablet is unusable.

If you install the latest Huion driver, that takes precedence over our KCM and is not supported. Do you see the same behavior without the driver installed?

The stylus and the cursor are not pointing where they should there is a
huge padding. Still not pointing where it should
